While Greta Was Away…

Gang violence now commonplace in Sweden.

So, what has been going on in dear Greta’s homeland while she’s been ditching school excoriating the rest of humanity for daring to raise themselves out of abject poverty?

A Swedish mother carrying her 1-year old was shot in the head. Radicalized Muslim gangs have taken over significant cities in the country and engaged in outright warfare with one another for territory. Bomb attacks reached a new high in 2019 with over 180 incidents. An explosion in Linkoping, southern Sweden injured 20 people in June, while almost 30 blasts have been recorded in Malmo alone this year.

In the absence of guns, the gangs have turned to bombs. How cute and predictable.

No known climate change resulted from the incendiaries, so Greta has not paid much attention to this. Then again, it just might be that the Swedish state encouraging the suicide of Swedish civilization does not fit neatly into the convenient narrative that salvation will come once fossil fuels are abandoned.

Speaking of fossil fuels, if it wasn’t for those dirty things that make the global economy go round, those Muslim gang members would not have had the fertilizers and fuels to create those bombs… So there, you capitalist pigs!

Final question: From where did the Swedes gain the wealth necessary to run the socialist welfare state for the past 70 or so years? Oh, that’s right–the free market that allowed for entrepreneurial Swedes to flourish for centuries before it.
